Shipping Time

Our standard shipment time is up to 7 business days from the date your order is confirmed.

Once your order is shipped, delivery updates may be provided through the courier or tracking service, where available.

Return Eligibility

Because diapers and baby care products are hygiene-sensitive items, returns are accepted only under limited conditions.

You may request a return if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
  • The return request is made within the allowed return period

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened, used, washed, altered, or partially used diaper products.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Requests made after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used diapers or baby products

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards, if offered
  • Items damaged due to customer handling
  • Products returned without approval
  • Items purchased from third-party websites or sellers

Damaged, Defective, Or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact Happy Nappy within 7 days of delivery at:

We may ask for photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and order details to review the issue.

After review, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and product availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method where possible.

Shipping charges, handling fees, and other service fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or non-collection, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Sale And Discounted Items

Sale, discounted, promotional, clearance, or final sale items may not be eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Hygiene And Safety Policy

Diapers and baby care products are personal hygiene products. For the safety of babies and families, we follow strict return rules.

Opened or used diaper products cannot be resold and therefore cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed issue with the product.
